Communicator 2.0: Automatic PDF Document Generator

The launch of Communicator 2.0 sees the release of a major new feature called Automatic PDF Generator which extends Communicator’s existing universally compatible html email document format to also include Adobe’s equally powerful and universally popular ‘Portable Document Format’.
Automatic PDF Generator creates and stores a pdf document of all sent meeting notices, agenda and minutes as well as any uploaded attachments regardless of file type or size (see image below).
Automatic PDF Generator’s key function is to facilitate easy retrieval of all meeting records and associated attachments for later re-use, sharing or electronic archiving by strata managers or Owners Corporation administrators. Automatic PDF Generator also retains the formatting and file name of the meeting document and any uploaded attachments as well as showing the file size.
It works great and we know our clients will love this new feature addition to Communicator 2.0.
