Westlogic’s Communicator service has dissolved the paper barrier further with the availability of online registration for email subscribers.

Where once strata managers would send out paper registration forms alongside meeting notices and minutes Westlogic now offers a smarter, more secure and convenient alternative with online registration.

Erin from Westlogic commented, “Paper-based registration forms have often been a barrier to complete up-take in some of our client buildings. Some owners simply don’t have time or the means to return their completed forms to their strata manager by fax or normal mail.

Online registration dissolves this barrier. Owners wanting to subscribe to email delivery of meeting notices, agenda and minutes from their Owners Corporation can now do so quickly and at their convenience. It takes less than a minute. Owners simply access the email registration page on our website, select their building from a drop-down list and enter their details to subscribe. The form is secure, there is an ‘opt-in’ prompt and subscribers immediately receive an email confirming their registration. The information is transferred directly to the respective Strata Managing Agent for verification before being entered into Communicator”.

Online email registration facility is free and available now to all existing Communicator subscribing buildings.
